Playhouse welcomes 'Ladies'
Kucom Theatre's Brisbane Ladies travel to the Pioneer Valley tonight for a one-off performance at The Pinnacle Playhouse.
Brenda Price, wife of Mirani Shire Mayor David Price, will share the stage with Bronwyn Grannall in the Kucom production, titled Farewell Brisbane Ladies.
Set in a typical north Queensland town in the 1970s, the hilarious but poignant story revolves around the antics of two past-their-use-by-date 'ladies of the night'.
It contains some strong language and is suitable only for a mature audience.
The presentation follows the play's recent season at Kucom Theatre in Mackay.
The show starts at 8pm. Bookings can be made through Mackay Entertainment Centre or tickets are available at the Playhouse door.
